The CD3 delivers smooth, continuous chemical feed for demanding industrial dosing applications, even when injecting fluids that off-gas, such as peracetic acid and sodium hypochlorite. Its Hyperdrive® Technology alternates pumping action between two diaphragms — when one is in the suction phase, the other is in discharge — resulting in a smooth feed profile and eliminating the risk of vapor lock and loss of prime. Exclusive DiaFlex® and Flex-A-Prene® diaphragms offer superior chemical resistance and maximum durability. Feed rates range from .05–52.6 GPH (.19–199 LPH) at pressures up to 145 PSI (10 Bar), with a 1,000:1 turndown ratio for precise control. A 5" touchscreen color LCD display provides user-friendly configuration, with remote control options including 4-20 mA, pulse, and frequency input alongside EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, and PROFIBUS connectivity for automated supervision. Patented Diaphragm Failure Detection (DFD) senses diaphragm rupture without false triggering, and a programmable 6-digit password guards against tampering.
