CHEM-FEED® C2 Diaphragm Metering Pump

The CHEM-FEED® C2 delivers accurate, quiet chemical feed against high system pressures for industrial dosing applications. An easy-to-read backlit LCD interface with optional 4-20 mA, pulse, and frequency input gives operators the power and flexibility to take control of their fluid management process. Exclusive DiaFlex® and Flex-A-Prene® diaphragms offer superior chemical resistance and are designed to last the life of the pump, eliminating the need for expensive rebuild kits. Feed rates range from .02–16.5 GPH (.09–62.5 LPH) at pressures up to 175 PSI (12 Bar), with a 100:1 turndown ratio for accurate metering. Signal inputs include 4-20 mA, pulse, and remote start/stop, with signal outputs supporting relay, open collector, and 4-20 mA — all compatible with Blue-White's Flow Verification Sensor (FVS) system for SCADA-ready integration. Patented Diaphragm Failure Detection (DFD) senses diaphragm rupture without false triggering, and a NEMA 4X, chemically resistant powder-coated enclosure supports reliable operation in harsh environments.
