FLEXFLO® A4 Peristaltic Metering Pump

The FLEXFLO® A4 delivers next-level chemical metering with accurate dosing at discharge pressures up to 125 PSI (8.6 Bar), intuitive icon-based touchscreen controls, and IP-rated M12 connection ports that protect against moisture, dust, vibration, and temperature change. The A4 handles feed rates from .01–158.5 GPH (.04–600 LPH), well suited for higher-volume industrial transfer and metering applications. Like other FLEXFLO® pumps, the A4 is self-priming, requires no check valves or by-pass valves, and cannot vapor lock or lose prime, even against maximum line pressure. A 2,500:1 turndown ratio delivers precise control across a wide flow range. Remote control options include 4-20 mA, pulse, and frequency input alongside EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, and PROFIBUS connectivity for enhanced supervision and automation in critical processes. Patented Tube Failure Detection (TFD) provides built-in leak protection without false triggering, and a programmable 6-digit password guards against tampering. A NEMA 4X (IP66) wash-down, chemically resistant enclosure supports reliable operation in demanding environments, backed by a 2-year warranty.
