FLEXFLO® A3 Peristaltic Metering Pump

The FLEXFLO® A3 delivers next-level chemical metering with accurate dosing at discharge pressures up to 125 PSI (8.6 Bar), intuitive icon-based touchscreen controls, and IP-rated M12 connection ports that protect against moisture, dust, vibration, and temperature change. Like other FLEXFLO® pumps, the A3 is self-priming, requires no check valves or by-pass valves, and cannot vapor lock or lose prime — even against maximum line pressure. Feed rates range from .001–33.3 GPH (.003–126 LPH), with a 2,500:1 turndown ratio for precise control across a wide flow range. Remote control options include 4-20 mA, pulse, and frequency input alongside EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, and PROFIBUS connectivity for enhanced supervision and automation in critical metering and transfer applications. A modular roller design allows tube changes without tools, while built-in, patented Tube Failure Detection (TFD) provides standard leak protection.
