The FLEXFLO® A2 simplifies chemical feed with a gentle, low-shear pumping action, making it an ideal choice for dosing shear-sensitive or gaseous fluids in industrial applications. Like other FLEXFLO® pumps, the A2 requires no check valves, seals, or other ancillary equipment to function, reducing maintenance intervals and process downtime, and it cannot vapor lock or lose prime even against maximum line pressure. Feed rates range from .02–21.23 GPH (.07–80.4 LPH), with pressures to 125 PSI (8.6 Bar) and 30 ft of suction lift. Operator-friendly digital controls include a backlit LCD display for motor speed, input signal values, service, and alarm status, with 4-20 mA and pulse inputs for remote speed control, remote start/stop, and compatibility with Blue-White's Flow Verification Sensor (FVS) system. Patented Tube Failure Detection (TFD) senses tube rupture without false triggering, preventing hazardous chemical spills.
