FLEXFLO® A1 Peristaltic Metering Pump

The FLEXFLO® A1 delivers reliable chemical feed with simple-to-use controls and precise adjustability, making it well suited for low to medium flow applications in industrial water treatment. This compact, rugged, self-priming pump requires no check valves or seals — components prone to clogging, leaking, or corrosion — and cannot vapor lock or lose prime, even against maximum line pressure. Feed rates range from .003–5.6 GPH (.011–21.2 LPH), with pressures to 100 PSI (6.9 Bar). The "A1C" Control model adds 4-20 mA input/output, remote start/stop, alarm relay output, and flow verification sensor compatibility (MS6 or MICRO-FLO) for SCADA integration, while the "A1B" Base model supports manual, stand-alone operation. CNC precision-machined squeeze rollers, a single-piece heavy-duty rotor, and an energy-efficient brushless DC motor combine for long service life and accurate, repeatable dosing. Patented Enhanced Tube Failure Detection (TFD+) senses tube rupture without false triggering, and a NEMA 4X-rated enclosure protects internal components in harsh environments.
