CHEM-FEED® MD1 Multi-Diaphragm Metering Pump

The MD1 delivers smooth, continuous chemical feed for demanding municipal and industrial dosing applications, even when injecting fluids that off-gas, such as peracetic acid and sodium hypochlorite. It’s Hyperdrive® Technology alternates pumping action between two diaphragms, minimizing pulsation and eliminating the risk of vapor lock — allowing the MD1 to pump continuously, like a peristaltic pump, without the need for tube assemblies. Exclusive DiaFlex® and Flex-A-Prene® diaphragms offer superior chemical resistance and are designed to last the life of the pump, eliminating the need for rebuild kits. Feed rates range from .0007–7 GPH (.0026–26.46 LPH) at pressures up to 180 PSI (12 Bar), with a 10,000:1 turndown ratio for precise control. The "MD1C" Control model adds manual speed control, 4-20 mA input/output, Remote Start/Stop via dry contact closure, and Flow Verification System (FVS) compatibility, while the "MD1B" Base model provides manual speed control only.
