FLEXFLO® M5 Peristaltic Metering Pump

The FLEXFLO® M5 is the highest-capacity model in Blue-White's peristaltic line, delivering high-volume precision fluid metering with energy efficiency and reduced maintenance needs. An exclusive offset-roller design and dual-channel tube assembly minimize pulsation by up to 80%, while a fully enclosed, easily configurable design supports demanding metering and transfer applications. Feed rates range from .0076–534 GPH (.0286–2021 LPH) at pressures up to 65 PSI (4.4 Bar). Like other FLEXFLO® pumps, the M5 is self-priming, requires no check valves or by-pass valves, and cannot vapor lock or lose prime. A 5" touchscreen color LCD display and 10,000:1 turndown ratio provide precise, user-friendly control, with remote options including 4-20 mA, pulse, and frequency input alongside EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, and PROFIBUS connectivity for automated supervision. Patented Tube Failure Detection (TFD) provides built-in leak protection without false triggering, and a programmable 6-digit password guards against tampering. A NEMA 4X, Kydex enclosure supports reliable operation in demanding environments, backed by a 5-year warranty.
