FLEXFLO® M4 Peristaltic Metering Pump

The FLEXFLO® M4 delivers next-level chemical metering with accurate dosing at discharge pressures up to 125 PSI (8.6 Bar), an intuitive 5" touchscreen color LCD display, and IP-rated M12 connection ports that protect against moisture, dust, vibration, and temperature change. The M4 handles feed rates from .0028–158.5 GPH (.0108–600 LPH), well suited for higher-volume municipal and industrial transfer and metering applications. The pump is self-priming, requires no check valves or by-pass valves, and cannot vapor lock or lose prime, even against maximum line pressure. A 10,000:1 turndown ratio delivers precise control across a wide flow range. Remote control options include 4-20 mA, pulse, and frequency input alongside EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, and PROFIBUS connectivity for enhanced supervision and automation in critical processes. Patented Tube Failure Detection (TFD) provides built-in leak protection without false triggering, and a programmable 6-digit password guards against tampering.
