The FLEXFLO® M3 delivers next-level chemical metering with accurate dosing at discharge pressures up to 125 PSI (8.6 Bar), an intuitive 5" touchscreen color LCD display, and IP-rated M12 connection ports that protect against moisture, dust, vibration, and temperature change. Like other FLEXFLO® peristaltic pumps, the M3 is self-priming and requires no check valves or by-pass valves, and cannot vapor lock or lose prime — even against maximum line pressure. Feed rates span .0002–33.3 GPH (.0007–126 LPH) with an industry-leading 10,000:1 turndown ratio for precision across a wide range of applications. Remote control options include 4-20 mA, pulse, and frequency input alongside EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, and PROFIBUS connectivity, enabling seamless integration into critical metering and automation systems. A modular roller design allows tube changes without tools, while built-in, patented Tube Failure Detection (TFD) provides standard leak protection.
