FLEXFLO® M2 Peristaltic Metering Pump

The FLEXFLO® M2 is a rugged, compact peristaltic metering pump designed to simplify chemical feed with a gentle, low-shear pumping action — making it well suited for dosing shear-sensitive or gaseous fluids. Like all FLEXFLO® pumps, the M2 requires no check valves, seals, or other ancillary equipment, reducing maintenance intervals and process downtime, and it cannot vapor lock or lose prime even against maximum line pressure. Feed rates range from .0085–21.23 GPH (.032–80.4 LPH), with pressures to 125 PSI (8.6 Bar) and a 200:1 turndown ratio for precise control across a wide flow range. Operator-friendly digital controls include a backlit LCD display for motor speed, input signal values, service, and alarm status, with 4-20 mA and pulse inputs for remote speed control, remote start/stop, and compatibility with Blue-White's Flow Verification Sensor (FVS) system. Patented Tube Failure Detection (TFD) senses tube rupture without false triggering, preventing hazardous chemical spills. A NEMA 4X (IP66) wash-down, chemically resistant powder-coated enclosure supports reliable operation in harsh environments, backed by a 5-year warranty.
