FLEXFLO® M1 Peristaltic Metering Pump

The FLEXFLO® M1 is a peristaltic metering pump engineered for reliable chemical feed in low- to medium-flow applications, offering simple controls and precise adjustability in a compact, rugged, self-priming design. Unlike diaphragm-style pumps, peristaltic pumps require no check valves or seals — components prone to clogging, leaking, or corrosion — and the pump cannot vapor lock or lose prime, even under maximum line pressure. Feed rates range from .0001–5.60 GPH (.0004–21.2 LPH), with pressures to 100 PSI (6.9 Bar). The "M1C" Control model adds 4-20 mA input/output, remote start/stop, alarm relay output, and flow verification sensor compatibility (MS6 or MICRO-FLO) for SCADA integration, while the "M1B" Base model supports manual, stand-alone operation. CNC precision-machined squeeze rollers, a single-piece heavy-duty rotor, and an energy-efficient brushless DC motor combine to deliver long service life and accurate, repeatable dosing. Patented Enhanced Tube Failure Detection (TFD+) senses tube rupture without false triggering, and a NEMA 4X-rated enclosure protects internal components in harsh environments.
