The X Souring Blend is a balanced, complex blend of acids designed to bring out the funk factor in the beer.
Use the X Souring Blend on your batches that are brewed for the customer who appreciates the unique experience of sour beers without worrying about inconsistencies caused by small changes in temperature and other parameters during the traditional souring process.
X Souring Blend is a mixture of Organic Acids proportioned to mimic the acids developed in microbiologic souring of beers. Hawkins proprietary technology is used to remove off-notes in flavor. This blend is based on many sour beers that do not contain fruit.
