The Duplex™ II Controller is a single or dual-channel controller for Eclipse® Emergency Valve Shutoff Actuators. It allows operators to remotely close up to two chlorine or sulfur dioxide container valves in an emergency. Using Halogen's unique patented Torque-Sense™ technology, the Duplex™ II measures the actual torque applied to each valve stem to provide reliable confirmation of valve closure. Optional relay packages and SCADA outputs can remotely communicate up to 23 different system diagnostics to a PLC or data acquisition system.

The Eclipse™ Emergency Valve Shutoff Actuator provides fast, dependable emergency valve closure for 150 lb. and ton chlorine and sulfur dioxide cylinders. The Eclipse™ uses a quiet motor-driven design that delivers smooth, controlled valve operation while reducing wear on valve components. Compatible with the Duplex II™, and Hexacon III™ controllers, the Eclipse offers reliable emergency shutoff, manual valve operation while installed, and optional torque confirmation for increased operator confidence during emergency events.

The Gemini™ Controller is a single or dual-channel controller for Terminator T2™ Emergency Valve Shutoff Actuators. It can operate up to two Terminator actuators and features a dedicated test key for each channel. Emergency valve closure is initiated by remote panic switches, gas detector outputs, or other devices through the controller's contact closure input, providing reliable automatic shutdown when hazardous conditions are detected. Its compact design and straightforward operation make it an ideal controller for economical emergency shutoff systems.

The Hexacon III™ Controller is Halogen Valve Systems' most advanced emergency valve shutoff controller for Eclipse® Emergency Valve Shutoff Actuators. It allows operators to remotely close up to six chlorine or sulfur dioxide valves in an emergency and interfaces with gas detectors, seismic and fire detectors, SCADA systems, and remote emergency shutoff switches. Using Halogen's patented Torque-Sense™ technology, it measures the actual torque applied to each valve stem to provide reliable confirmation of valve closure.
